1. Scope of the processing of personal data
As a matter of principle, we collect and use personal data of our users only to the extent that this is necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our content and services.

3. Data deletion and storage period

VII. Google Maps

The use of Google Maps on our website is optional and disabled by default. VIII. Matomo
This website uses Matomo, an open source software for statistical analysis of user access. The IP address is anonymized immediately after processing and before it is stored.

Art. 17 Abs. 1 DSGVO zu deren Löschung verpflichtet, so trifft er unter Berücksichtigung der verfügbaren Technologie und der Implementierungskosten angemessene Maßnahmen, auch technischer Art, um für die Datenverarbeitung Verantwortliche, die die personenbezogenen Daten verarbeiten, darüber zu informieren, dass Sie als betroffene Person von ihnen die Löschung aller Links zu diesen personenbezogenen Daten oder von Kopien oder Replikationen dieser personenbezogenen Daten verlangt haben.
c) Exceptions
The right to erasure does not exist insofar as the processing is necessary to
(1) to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
(2) for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;

5. Right to information

9. Automated decision in individual cases including profiling
