Change log 2025

2016 201720182019 2020 202120222023Current

Version 6.1.8

17.12.2025

New features

  • Reports: It is now possible to download all reports within one folder at once.
  • Seismic measurements: You can now select whether only daytime or nighttime periods (or both) should be displayed in the DIN 4150-2 table.
  • Seismic measurements: When evaluating according to DIN 4150-2, there is now also an option for short-term seismic events.

Changed functions

  • Seismic measurements: The DIN 4150-2 table has been revised again and is now clearer to read.

Fixed bugs

  • Seismic measurements: Errors occasionally occured when creating event diagrams within reports.
  • Seismic measurements: At a certain level of zoom, the time stamps were no longer correctly displayed in events.
  • Evaluations: When using ‘ß’ or other special characters in diagram texts, the whole diagram was no longer drawn.

Version 6.1.7

10.12.2025

New features

  • Seismic measurements: You can now display up to 15 channels in one diagram.

Changed functions

  • Diagrams: Selecting peaks is now much easier.
  • Seismic measurements: When evaluating seismic events according to DIN 4150-2, the Ao threshold value is used. This is particularly useful when evaluating infrequent vibrations, where the norm only allows for a comparison of KBFMax with Ao.

Fixed bugs

  • The coloring of values in blasting tables did not always function correctly.
  • Seismic measurements: When zooming in seismic event diagrams, there were errors which meant that the signal was not always completely shown.
  • The most recently selected paging information for event tables is now retained.

Version 6.1.6

28.11.2025

New features

  • Export orders can now be restarted. Similarly, uploads can also be restarted.

Changed functions

  • User group notifications can now be revised more quickly. This applies both for manual notifications and for notifications via Menhir.
  • Seismic measurements: The guideline values for ÖNORM S 9020 have been updated to reflect the latest version of the standard.
  • Seismic measurements: The display of the DIN 4150-2 table has been revised.
  • Seismic measurements: When importing events, whether the number of samples matches the duration and sample rate is now checked. If there is a significant variation, an invalid event is automatically hidden and a comment is added.

Fixed bugs

  • Seismic measurements: Threshold value lines in the ‘Seismic statistics’ evaluation were not correctly displayed, particularly for offsets.

Version 6.1.5

13.11.2025

New features

  • Table for evaluations according to DIN 4150-2.

Changed functions

  • Seismic measurements: When evaluating seismic events according to DIN 4150-2, the Au threshold value is now used and not the Ao threshold value. Only if the value falls below the Au limit can it be safely concluded that the requirements of the norm were met for that time period; whereas a value below Ao does not necessarily mean that the requirements were met.
  • Seismic measurements: The Au/Ao threshold values are no longer offered as an option to display in the seismic statistics for events.
  • A horizontal scroll bar was added to the assignment view.

Fixed bugs

  • Seismic measurements: If an event table was meant to be displayed but the measuring point did not have any assigned events, an unintelligble error was shown.
  • Automatically reloading a page did not update the page completely.

Version 6.1.4

07.10.2025

New features

  • Seismic measurements: Menhir VDV profile data now supported.

Changed functions

  • Inclinometer measurements: “Encrypted login data to be entered directly in the app” has been renamed to “Login key”. This name is now consistent with the name used in the GIA app, with which inclinometer measurements are synchronized with Sedrix.

Fixed bugs

  • Seismic measurements: An internal error prevented seismic measuring points from being saved. This meant that measuring points could not be edited or deleted, it was not possible to hide events in background data and standard evaluations were missing from newly created measuring points.

Version 6.1.3

30.09.2025

Changed functions

  • The menu has been revised and the user’s current preferences regarding display are now better taken into account.
  • Time-value measurements: Importing World Sensing data sources has been revised, in particularly concerning the names of imported channels.
  • User list: The “Project” column has been renamed “Last used project”.

Fixed bugs

  • Errors that occurred when retrieving email settings have been corrected.
  • Seismic measurements: Errors that occurred when hiding profile data have been corrected – in the event that no data had been transmitted, but the channels were already created.

Version 6.1.2

25.09.2025

New features

  • Time-value measurements: “Messages” files from MCC measuring stations are now also imported and displayed in the log.
  • Web API: It is now possible to retrieve assignments.
  • Seismic measurements: When a Menhir seismic measurement device sends configuration data, this data is now also evaluated. This means that channels can be created immediately within SEDRIX and not only when data is imported.
  • Time-value measurements: A further WorldSensing format is now supported for importing PICO nodes.

Changed functions

  • Seismic measurements: It is now possible to give to seismic measurement devices the same name. Only the respective series number must be unique.
  • Seismic measurements: Alert definitions can be defined to be able to color-code value ranges in interval data diagrams. Active alerting does however not take place!
  • Time-value measurements: WorldSensing format for vibrating wire measurements is now more tolerant regarding column names.

Fixed bugs

  • Saving email settings no longer functioned correctly.

Version 6.1.1

15.08.2025

New features

  • The length of time that a report is stored can now be set.

Changed functions

  • Inclinometer measurements: Sync information for automatic syncing with the Glötzl inclinometer app is now also displayed under “Manage account”.

Fixed bugs

  • When there were a large number of data gaps in diagrams, it was possible that no diagram was generated at all for long time periods in a report.

Version 6.1.0

25.07.2025

New features

  • You can now deactivate notifications via email, SMS or telephone call using a switch in the global settings.
  • The Web API has been extended.
  • Test phase: Function block for determining the average relative rate of change.

Fixed bugs

  • When exporting data via the web API in json format, the units were occasionally not taken into account correctly.

Version 6.0.5

09.07.2025

New features

  • Time-value-measurements: A further WorldSensing format is supported for the import of vibrating wire measurements.

Fixed bugs

  • In the input elements diagram, the timestamp was not correctly displayed in the tooltips.
  • Blasting operations: When deciding whether a device was online at a certain time point or not, the incorrect type of assignments was occasionally used.
  • When displaying milliseconds in diagrams that used time zones with am/pm, the milliseconds were displayed in the wrong place.

Version 6.0.4

19.06.2025

New features

  • Reports: Reports will now be automatically deleted after a certain retention time. If you would like to keep a specific report permanently, this can be set for each individual report.
Pre-existing reports will not be automatically deleted and are kept permanently.

Changed functions

  • Blasting operations: The response times for displaying blasting operations have been improved.
  • Seismic measurements: Importing 1/3-octave band interval data is now more stable. When altering the sampling rate in a Menhir measurement device, the number of 1/3 octave bands was also altered. This led to errors during the import. This version allows for the number of 1/3 octave bands to be automatically adjusted during import.
  • Seismic measurements: All available evaluations have been added to report templates.
  • Seismic measurements: Further types of interval data are now supported for Menhir imports.
  • Seismic measurements: For diagrams displaying interval data, the option to select the unit has been added where necessary. Previously, e.g. in a diagram showing peaks, values with different units (velocity and acceleration) were occasionally incorrectly combined.
  • Reports: The resolution of diagrams within reports has been doubled.

Fixed bugs

  • Seismic measurements: Exporting a created event failed.
  • Seismic measurements: Exporting an event table using an export order failed.

Version 6.0.3

14.05.2025

New features

  • The cache for data exports can now also be stored on S3 Storage as well as being saved to the file system. S3 Storage has the advantage that it is not limited and can be scaled as needed. Saving the cache on S3 Storage is now standard.

Changed functions

  • Seismic measurements: The row is now also displayed for DIN 4150-3 in the event table.
  • Seismic measurements: Protected events are now displayed as such in the event table.

Fixed bugs

  • Seismic measurements: When reading seismic data, there was occasionally an error when importing a Menhir device in certain configurations.
  • Seismic measurements: When exporting the export table, any set filter was not taken into account.

Version 6.0.2

08.05.2025

New features

  • Seismic measurements: Individual events can be marked as “Protected”. This function helps prepare data to be automatically deleted. This flag means that individual events can be removed from the automatic deletion.
  • Reports: When selecting the report period, a time range can also be added when selecting “Today” and “Yesterday”.

Changed functions

  • Long error messages are no longer shown in the legend of position-value diagrams. A note which reads “Measurement not complete” is now shown to indicate that the calculations could not be completed.

Fixed bugs

  • Evaluations: There were still problems when displaying position-value diagrams using certain parameters within the context of the new chart library.
  • Evaluations: The font type when exporting a diagram was not correct.
  • Evaluations: An unsuited downsampling algorithm was used for value-value diagrams with many data points. This meant that not all of the points were displayed.
  • Seismic measurements: When exporting an event table, the events filter setting was not taken into account.
  • Seismic measurements: Exporting an event table using an export order led to an error.
  • Seismic measurements: Exporting an event composed of existing events led to an error.

Version 6.0.1

25.04.2025

New features

  • The new import format of “Senceive CSV” has been implemented.
  • Seismic measurements: You can now also choose to display the trigger type can now be displayed in the event table.

Changed functions

  • The blasting list has been revised. Misleading line breaks have been removed and unnecessary information is no longer displayed when viewing the list on small screens.
  • Diagrams: Checkmarks are now also displayed on primary and secondary value axes.

Fixed bugs

  • API: The “api/v1/measuringpoints” route was accidently removed in version 5.5.3.
  • Seismic measurements: Importing a seismic event occasionally failed if an ongoing event was also being recorded.

Version 5.5.5

25.04.2025

Fixed bugs

  • API: The “api/v1/measuringpoints” route was accidently removed in version 5.5.3.
  • Seismic measurements: Importing a seismic event occasionally failed if an ongoing event was also being recorded.

Version 6.0.0

09.04.2025

New features

  • The library used for displaying diagrams has been replaced by a more modern version. The diagrams used online, in reports and for export now look almost identical.
  • If there are many logbook entries, events, or blasts in a diagram, they are now grouped together once a certain number is reached. This means that the diagram remains clear and easy to read.
  • Alert definitions can now be duplicated across all projects.
  • Within user properties, you can now label individual users as contact persons for maintenance or billing. A planned feature is that these users will be automatically informed via email e.g. before system maintenance.
  • Seismic measurements: In this version, you can now create heatmaps to visually represent octave band data. Please note that this function is still in the testing phase.
  • Visualization: The measured value label of channels within user-defined visualizations now display the alert status.
  • Import von Daten für World Sensing Messgeräte

Changed functions

  • Diagram options are now shown on the top right. As such, they blend in better with the overall view.
  • If now data is available within a diagram, only a warning will now be displayed. Particularly in the case of seismic statistics, this warning was more like an error previously.
  • Inclinometer measurements: Importing .rpp data from Interfels is now more stable. Both a point/period and a comma can be used as decimal separators.

Fixed bugs

  • Various diagrams and tables were not shown in measuring points that contained at least two query marks in their name.
  • Various upload dialogs were lost

Version 5.5.4

10.04.2025

Fixed bugs

  • Menhir measurement device: Stability improvements for setting up a connection to the Menhir remote web interface.
  • Bug fix for creating artificial events.

Version 5.5.3

03.04.2025

New features

  • Seismic measurements: A new option has been added to the web API for calling up seismic measurements.
    api/v3/semeasuringpoints/:measuringPointId/channels
This can be used to call up interval data from a seismic measuring point. Use the “selection” parameter to select either various types of interval data or all available data within the measuring point. Along with csv, you can now also use json as an export format.
You will find the description of the web API here: https://api.smartdata.center/
  • The web API has been expanded, making it possible to call up data from any measuring point.
    api/v3/application/:application/measuringpoints/:measuringPointId/channels
In each case, data from all channels within a measuring point will be exported.
Die Beschreibung zur Web-API befindet sich hier: https://api.smartdata.center/

Version 5.5.2

25.03.2025

Fixed bugs

  • Menhir measurement device: Using “Common trigger” via Sedrix only functioned for one project at a time.

Version 5.5.1

04.03.2025

New features

  • It is now possible to edit multiple assignments at once, if they have the same start date. You can now also change the start date and (optionally) the end date.
  • Renaming multiple assignments in a channel at once is now possible. Previously each assignment had to be renamed individually.
  • Deleting all channel or measuring point assignments at once is now possible. Previously each assignment had to be deleted individually.
  • There is now a view for super-admins which allows them to manage the cache for devices with remote access to its web interface.
  • Additional views have been introduced in order to view usage statistics that provide information about used storage space, traffic etc. These statistics are available per device, per project and for entire instances. Displaying and evaluating these statistics is currently still experimental and may still contain errors.

Changed functions

  • The view in which you create and edit assignments has been revised and standardized for all measuring point types. Time gaps within the assignments are now easier to recognize and the view is overall more compact and clearer.

Fixed bugs

  • If several channels were initially selected for an assignment and then individual channels were deselected, the deselected channels were still assigned. This was the case for all types of measuring points.
