The SEDRIX inclinometer module allows measurements from inclinometer probes to be imported and evaluated. There are two ways to import measurement data:
- Manual – Data can be manually uploaded as an XML file in the SEDRIX web interface
- Automatic – Data can be transferred automatically via sync
Automatic synchronization is supported by the application “GIA” (Glötzl Inclinometer App) for Windows and Android.
Step 1: Install GIA

Step 2: Setup the sync process with GIA (Android)
If the application “GIA” has been installed as an app on an Android smartphone, synchronization can be set up by scanning a QR code: The corresponding QR code or link can be found in the user management view of the SEDRIX-website.
Step 2: Setup the sync process with GIA (Windows)
If the application “GIA” has been installed as an app on a Windows system, the app must first be opened.
Next, select the function for creating a new account. In the form for creating a new account, copy the access key from the SEDRIX-website into the corresponding field in the app and verify it. The access key contains the address, user name, and password.
The access key can be found in the user management section of the SEDRIX-website under the QR code and looks like this:
