Release of Version 4.6.1

by | 26. Jan 2024

This version adds extra information to the export of blast events. If a vibration is exported in Excel format, the secondary airborne sound and the slope (= slope between the point where the secondary airborne sound exceeds 55dbA for the first time and the maximum), as well as the Wm-weighted vibration acceleration, will now also be exported in addition to the maximum vector sum. An overview of further improvements included in this version can be found at the end of this article.

Release of version 4.6.1

New features

  • Additional information for blasting operations export: When exporting blasting operations in Excel format, further identification data is displayed concerning vibration events that have occured. In addition to the maximum vector sum, the secondary airborne sound and the edge steepness (= slope between the point where the secondary airborne sound exceeds 55dbA for the first time and the maximum), as well as the Wm-weighted vibration acceleration are exported.

Changed functions

  • When analyzing vibration events: Instead of “A-weighted vibration acceleration”, the secondary airborne noise is now displayed. This is obtained by adding 6dB from the previous calculation. What exactly is calculated is theestimated level of secondary airborne noise from vibration measurement according to ONR 199005

Fixed bugs

  • The “Manage measuring points” page can now be opened as specified.
  • When deleting channels for which alerts with SMS or email notifications were set up, the process was terminated with an error message. This no longer happens. If an attempt is now made to delete a channel with alerts set up, a warning message appears to indicate that the alert will also be deleted, but the deletion process can be continued by confirming this.
